Rabia provided excellent service; she was responsive, apologetic for any issues, and efficiently arranged several tours and our return transport to the airport. We were very pleased with her service. The pool was outstanding, and the proximity to a supermarket was incredibly convenient for our family.

We spent a lovely week in early April at Villa Sia. The place was just what we were looking for, comfortable and relaxing. Everything is brand new, the kitchen is great, and well equipped. Omer the property manager was there to both check us in and say goodbye, he's close by if needed but we'd no cause to trouble him as we'd n. no problems whatsoever. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great experience from start to finish, excellent communication with our host Omer who looked after everything we ask about from taxis to car hire . Villa in great location, 10min walk to beach and a handful of bars/restaurants, main promenade with more bars and restaurants 20mins away . Would definitely use again

The apartment is not big, but sufficient for 4 people, located at the ground floor, with one king size bed and included bathroom, the other is with 2 beds and hallway bathroom. Besides the terrace, it has one balcony so you can dry your clothes without crowding the terrace to the pool. The garden is very nice and the pool is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend the property.

Having stayed in close proximity to this villa before, we knew the area well. It is in a quiet location and a short walk to a pebble beach, cafe and food markets/shops and a bus or taxi away from busier areas. The property manager organised airport transfers for us and someone was there to meet us at the villa despite the late hour of our arrival. The welcome package of food and drink was very welcome. During our stay, the property manager was always a text away and organised taxis for us to get to the busier areas of Calis and Fethiye almost daily. The villa was fabulous with open plan living and dining, air conditioning and lots of tv to watch. The pool was the highlight of the villa, cleaned daily. Thank you to Omer and Alperen for helping to make our holiday fabulous!
